Categories of data we process

Website visitors: technical browsing data, including IP address, device or browser information, timestamps and security logs.
Clients and principals: identification and contact details, role requirements, service preferences and communication records.
Candidates: identification data, professional profile information, CV or employment history, and information submitted during the selection process.
References and third parties: contact details and professional validation information voluntarily provided within the context of a placement process.
Background screening (where applicable): verification data limited to what is lawful, proportionate and relevant to the role, always requested through controlled channels.

Please do not submit special category data, such as health information, biometric data or political opinions, via website forms or open email threads unless we expressly request it through a controlled channel.

Purposes and legal bases

Responding to enquiries and managing communications related to our services (legitimate interests and/or pre-contractual measures).
Providing staffing selection and placement services (contract performance and/or pre-contractual measures).
Evaluating and presenting candidates (legitimate interests and, where applicable, pre-contractual measures).
Ensuring confidentiality, security and fraud prevention (legitimate interests and, in certain cases, legal obligation).
Complying with applicable law (legal obligation).
Sending consent-based communications where relevant (consent, which may be withdrawn at any time).

Recipients

We do not sell personal data. We share personal information only where strictly necessary and under a limited-access, need-to-know principle.

Data may be shared with: (i) clients or authorised representatives within the placement process; (ii) trusted hosting, email, IT or security providers acting as processors under contract; (iii) professional advisers; or (iv) authorities where disclosure is legally required.

International transfers

Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, we apply appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses, together with a strict data minimisation approach.

Data retention

Enquiries: retained for as long as necessary to manage the request, typically up to 24 months, unless earlier deletion is requested or longer retention is required for potential legal claims.
Client relationships: for the duration of the relationship and for the applicable statutory retention periods.
Candidates: during the active matching period and for a reasonable follow-up period afterwards, unless deletion is requested.
Security logs: for limited periods proportionate to genuine security requirements.

Security and confidentiality

We apply organisational and technical measures designed to protect confidentiality, including access control, data minimisation, restricted internal visibility and secure communication practices.

Given the nature of our services, certain sensitive information may, where appropriate, be requested through controlled or encrypted channels.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent where applicable.
