Categories of data we process

- Candidates: identification data, professional profile information, CV or employment history, and information submitted during the selection process.
- References and third parties: contact details and professional validation information voluntarily provided within the context of a placement process.
- Background screening (where applicable): verification data limited to what is lawful, proportionate and relevant to the role, always requested through controlled channels.
Please do not submit special category data, such as health information, biometric data or political opinions, via website forms or open email threads unless we expressly request it through a controlled channel.

- Enquiries: retained for as long as necessary to manage the request, typically up to 24 months, unless earlier deletion is requested or longer retention is required for potential legal claims.
- Client relationships: for the duration of the relationship and for the applicable statutory retention periods.
- Candidates: during the active matching period and for a reasonable follow-up period afterwards, unless deletion is requested.
- Security logs: for limited periods proportionate to genuine security requirements.
